About Lena
Lena Elizabeth Evensen is an experienced HR strategist and consultant with more than 20 years of leadership and advisory experience in both the private and public sector. She has built her career around developing organisations, leaders and employees so they deliver better results, with higher engagement along the way. Having worked as managing director, HR director, senior adviser at Vestre Viken HF and consultant at Human Content, she combines strategic understanding with practical delivery and analytical strength.
