About Eivind
Eivind has more than 20 years of experience recruiting leaders, engineers across disciplines, and roles in sales and marketing, finance and accounting, logistics and warehousing, procurement, project management and more. He has worked in recruitment and staffing, business advisory, and several areas of media and communication. Before founding Positiv Kompetanse in 2008 he was a project manager in TV and video production, events and conferences, sales manager and project manager in a communications agency, recruitment lead for electrical roles, partner and franchisee in a recruitment and staffing firm, and at times artist liaison for Norwegian and international acts at events including Oslo Spektrum.
