Positiv Kompetanse is a recruitment and advisory firm with more than 25 years of experience in finding, assessing and securing key talent. We support private and public sector organisations with recruitment, executive search and staffing – from specialists to senior leaders. The company traces its roots back to 2008 and today operates as Positiv Kompetanse Norge AS, with its head office in Tønsberg and offices in Drammen and Moss.
We combine deep recruitment expertise with data and technology. Every assignment starts with a thorough understanding of the organisation’s strategy, culture and needs, and follows a structured process of targeted search, structured interviews and certified assessments. We take responsibility for the entire process or selected parts of it, and follow up both employer and candidate after they start. Our in-house studio for digital marketing and employer branding makes sure your vacancies reach the right candidates – including those who are not actively looking.

Thorough assessment
Candidates are assessed through structured interviews and Great People Inside (GPI), an assessment tool DNV certified to EFPA standards.
Shortlist and decision
You meet a short list of well-documented candidates, and we advise you all the way to a signed agreement.
Onboarding and follow-up
We follow up both you and the new hire through onboarding, so the hire works in the long run.
