- Apply for jobs or register a CV through Recman, including when you use external sign-in options such as LinkedIn.
- Contact us by email, phone or through the website.
- Visit our website, where we may collect aggregated traffic data.
- Use necessary cookies, as described on our cookies page.

- Deliver and improve our recruitment and staffing services.
- Assess qualifications for current and future assignments.
- Share relevant job opportunities and services.

Controller and processor
Positiv Kompetanse is the data controller. The candidate and job system is provided, hosted and maintained by RecMan AS, which may also use sub-processors.
The website runs on our own servers at Gigahost in Sandefjord, Norway. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, which protects against attacks and caches images and files. Messages from the contact form are sent as email via Resend. Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. We have data processing agreements with both, and any transfer of personal data to the US follows the GDPR rules for transfers to third countries.
Sharing with third parties
Personal data may be shared with:
- Clients and partners when necessary for recruitment.
- Authorities if we are legally required to do so.
We require third parties that process data on our behalf to follow strict security and privacy requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete data that is no longer needed. We handle such requests free of charge and within 30 days.
