About Gunnar
Gunnar is a qualified teacher with a master’s degree in history from the University of Oslo. Throughout his career he has focused on good relationships as the foundation for trust, safety and growth, in schools and at work. In 2024 he published the book Jeg ser deg – how relational competence supports learning, mastery and wellbeing. The same year he started his own practice and has since given talks on relationships, communication and working environment for both public and private organisations. As a recruitment adviser Gunnar is particularly concerned with the people in the hiring process. He sees recruitment as more than filling a role. It is about lasting matches through clear communication, aligned expectations and mutual trust.
